Refund policy

For hygiene reasons, exchanges and returns are accepted for manufacturing defects only.

How to request an exchange or return

• Check your order when it arrives. If you find a manufacturing defect, contact us through our Contact page with your order number and a photo of the defect.
• The item must be unworn, unwashed and in its original condition with all tags attached.
• Once we confirm the defect, we will arrange an exchange or a refund.

Items without a manufacturing defect cannot be exchanged or returned.
